What happens if I miss my return/check-in time?

​Due to the nature of our business it is extremely important that you return your motorcycle by your designated return time. Many times we turn motorcycles the same day, therefore, if you are late returning your bike you will cause the next renter to miss his/her rental. Because of this scenario there are late fees involved in missing your return time. We give you a 30 minute grace period past your return time free of charge. If you are more than 30 minutes late, but less than an hour there is a $50 late fee per bike. If you are one hour to two hours late there is a $100 late fee per bike. If you are over two hours late, then you will be charged another full day rental rate on your motorcycle. If your return time is Saturday at 5pm and you are more than 30 minutes late, you will be charged an extra days rental and required to turn the bike in Monday morning at 9am as we are closed on Sundays.

What happens if the bike I rented is not available on my rental date?

​We try as hard as we can to keep every rental commitment. However, there are times beyond our control when a bike comes back damaged and it is impossible to fix it in the time constraints required to meet your rental. Often times it takes 5-7 days, if not longer, to get parts, therefore the next closest bike (if available) will be offered to you at the same price.

Do you offer insurance with your motorcycle rentals?

​Yes, each reservation is required to purchase a mandatory insurance policy. You have the choice of a high deductible policy of $15/day which has a $2500 deductible and a $2500 damage deposit, or, a low deductible policy of $30/day which has a $1500 deductible and a $1500 damage deposit. You are highly encouraged to have your own medical insurance policy in place.

What types of payments do you accept?

​We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Is there an extra charge if I have a passenger?

​Motorcycling in Colorado is simply too much fun for one person. All passengers ride for free, bring your friends!

Do you give discounts?

​Of course, who doesn’t like a discount! Check out our discount offers in various ads in Motorcycle magazines, on adventure websites, on our email list, and of course, we offer a return reward discount for those who just didn’t get enough on their first ride. Please ask us about details.

What happens if my motorcycle is stolen?

​It is your responsibility to lock the motorcycle and remove the key each time you leave the bike. If your motorcycle is stolen it is your responsibility to call the police and report it, then call us. We will not replace a stolen bike during your rental period.

Do you offer routes or ride ideas?

​Absolutely! This is the best part - sharing our favorite rides with you. We can provide suggestions or load a route into our GPS unit should you choose a deluxe package or add a GPS as and additional option. We cannot, however, load our routes into your GPS units. Do you have mandatory riding gear requirements?

​Basic insurance requires that you wear a helmet. We additionally recommend gloves, an armored jacket, and boots for protection.

What kind of experience should I have driving a motorcycle?

​You must have 2 years experience driving a motorcycle of the same size you are renting. Motorcycles are a lot of fun but also dangerous. Please do not underestimate your skill level and rent a bike
you are not capable of handling.

Can I take the motorcycles out of Colorado?

​Yes, all of our rentals are free to explore the wild west, inside and outside Colorado. The only exception is our motorcycles must remain in the contiguous United States.

Do I have to return the motorcycle with a full tank of gas?

​Yes, your motorcycle should be returned with the same level of fuel it had when you left. Bikes returned with less than full tanks will be charged a fuel refill fee of $25.

How long is the minimum rental period?

The minimum rental period is 24 hours.

Do your motorcycles have storage?

​We have side panniers and trunks available in the Standard and Deluxe packages or you may choose to add them to your rental as an additional option.

Can you provide parking?

Yes, we have free parking at our office. We also offer motorcycle delivery and pickup (within the metro Denver area) to you for $40 each way or a flat $75 to DIA for delivery AND pickup if you are flying in.

Do you rent GPS units?

Yes, we rent Garmin Zumo 660 units for $20/day.

Do you rent motorcycle riding gear?

​Yes, we proudly feature Klim gear for rent to our customers. We have full face helmets, riding jackets, pants, rain gear, and gloves.

What is your damage deposit policy?

​We collect a fully refundable damage deposit (if the bikes comes back without any damage) equal to the deductible of the insurance policy you choose at the time of rental. The basic insurance coverage has a $2500 deductible, therefor your damage deposit will be $2500. If you choose the lower deductible policy ($1500), then your damage deposit will be $1500. Please make sure you have enough room on your credit card to cover the rental and damage deposit. We WILL NOT send out a bike without collecting the damage deposit. We maintain the right to use your damage deposit to pay for damages to the bike.

What is your cancellation policy?

​We collect a $50/rental day non-refundable deposit to hold your reservation. All deposits held are applied toward your rental.

What are the requirements to rent a motorcycle?

You must be at least 21 years old with a valid drivers license and a motorcycle endorsement to rent our motorcycles.

What happens if I damage a motorcycle or rental gear?

You are responsible for damage to our motorcycles and gear. You are responsible for the total cost of the repairs or gear replacement, plus any cancelled reservations due to the damage. You are not entitled to any damaged parts or gear.
